UV MEDIA Programs Refund Policy
The present refund policy outlines the procedure governing any request or demand for a refund by the client while undergoing the coaching and training process under UV MEDIA Programs including the One Video Away Workshop and Super 30 Challenge.
Introduction
UV MEDIA and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as "UV MEDIA," "the Company," "We," or "Us") is dedicated to offering premier education and training services focused on digital marketing, content creation, and business development. Based in India, our operations and interactions with clients are governed by the laws of India.
SECTION A: ONE VIDEO AWAY WORKSHOP (₹99)
Program Overview
The "One Video Away" Workshop is a 2-day live online training program priced at ₹99. Day 1 focuses on content creation including mindset training, the Outlier Method, video title templates, ChatGPT scripting prompts, and recording guidelines. Day 2 covers converting content to clients using the YouTube Funnels Framework. The workshop includes access to 3 Outlier Video Templates, ChatGPT Script Prompts, 200+ Outlier Video Templates, and WhatsApp community access.
Workshop Refund Policy
Participants in the One Video Away Workshop are entitled to a full refund of the ₹99 registration fee subject to the following terms and conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of workshop registration. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Eligibility Criteria for Workshop Refund
To be eligible for a refund of the ₹99 workshop fee, the participant must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:
- The participant must have attended both Day 1 and Day 2 of the live workshop in their entirety. Partial attendance does not qualify for refund eligibility.
- The participant must have completed the workshop challenge by recording and publishing at least one video following the guidelines provided during the workshop.
- The participant must provide proof of implementation including: screenshot of published video, video link (YouTube Short, Instagram Reel, or equivalent platform), and timestamp of publication.
- The refund request must be submitted in writing to varun@uvmedia.in with subject line One Video Away Workshop Refund Request along with all required documentation.
- The participant must not have already been upgraded to, or enrolled in, the Super 30 Challenge or any other advanced UV MEDIA program using the workshop registration.
Non-Refundable Circumstances for Workshop
- Failure to attend either or both days of the live workshop
- Failure to complete the workshop video recording and publishing challenge
- Refund request submitted after the 30-day window
- Inability to provide proof of implementation and attendance
- Participant has already upgraded to Super 30 Challenge or other advanced programs
Workshop Refund Processing
Upon verification of all eligibility criteria, approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method used during registration. UV MEDIA reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify attendance and implementation before processing refunds.
SECTION B: SUPER 30 CHALLENGE
Program Overview
The Super 30 Challenge is a comprehensive 30-day coaching program designed to help coaches, consultants, and service providers create 30 lead-generating short-form videos using the YouTube Funnels Framework. The program includes the complete YouTube Funnels Framework playbook, daily live support, private WhatsApp Mastermind community access, weekly hot seat sessions with Video Varun, personal clarity call, and lifetime access to program materials. The program requires a commitment of approximately 30 minutes per day for content creation.
Strategy Call Deposit
Prospective clients may book a one-on-one strategy call by paying a refundable deposit. This deposit is fully refundable under the following conditions:
- If the prospective client is not selected for the program after the strategy call assessment
- If the prospective client decides not to proceed after the strategy call and communicates this within 48 hours of the call
- For clients who proceed with enrollment, the deposit amount will be adjusted against the total program investment
Advance Slot Booking (Non-Refundable)
Any amount paid towards reserving a seat in the Super 30 Challenge prior to full enrollment is considered an advance slot booking fee. Due to limited seat availability and pre-allocation of resources, this amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the Client chooses not to proceed with the program.
Super 30 Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
By enrolling in the Super 30 Challenge, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- The program is a digital coaching and implementation program
- Access to training materials, systems, community groups, and mentorship support is granted immediately upon enrollment
- Program value begins from the moment access is provided
Accordingly, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time or commitment
- Failure to complete program tasks
- Dissatisfaction with pace or results
- Personal, professional, or financial circumstances
- Failure to attend live sessions or participate in the community
- Partial participation in the program
Once access to the program or community has been granted, the Client acknowledges that the service has commenced and refunds will not be permitted.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a structured routine provided by UV MEDIA to the Client after enrollment in the Super 30 Challenge. It is an evolving compilation of milestones (activation points) and corresponding directives (action items) designed to guide the Client through the program implementation process.
The SOP for Super 30 Challenge includes but is not limited to:
- Daily video creation tasks
- Content strategy implementation using the Outlier Method
- Application of the YouTube Funnels Framework
- Participation in weekly hot seat sessions
- Engagement within the WhatsApp Mastermind community
The SOP may be updated periodically based on program improvements and the Client’s progress.
Client Obligations Under SOP
The Client agrees to:
- Follow all directives (action items) required to achieve program milestones (activation points)
- Create and publish content as instructed under the program structure
- Maintain records and proof of implementation including screenshots, analytics data, video scripts, content calendars, and recordings where applicable
- Participate in live sessions and community discussions for support and guidance
- Provide proof of implementation when requested by UV MEDIA
Failure to follow the Standard Operating Procedure releases UV MEDIA from any responsibility regarding the Client’s outcomes or results.
Lifetime Access Terms
Clients who receive lifetime access to program materials may revisit the Super 30 Challenge for continued learning and support.
Lifetime access refers to continued availability of program materials and community participation subject to program availability and operational continuity.
However, enrollment in the program remains non-refundable once access is granted, regardless of participation level or usage of program materials.
Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
The Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their bank or payment gateway without first contacting UV MEDIA and attempting resolution.
Any chargeback initiated after enrollment will be treated as a violation of this Refund Policy. UV MEDIA reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate access to the program and related services
- Remove the Client from all communities and platforms
- Submit program records, onboarding confirmations, LMS access logs, and communication records to the payment processor as evidence
- Pursue recovery of losses caused by unauthorized disputes
Acknowledgment of Program Nature
The Client acknowledges that the Super 30 Challenge is a mentorship and implementation program and that results depend on the Client’s effort, execution, consistency, and market conditions.
UV MEDIA does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, subscriber growth, or lead generation.
SECTION C: YOUTUBE FUNNELS MASTERMIND (3-MONTH / 6-MONTH PROGRAM)
Program Overview
The YouTube Funnels Mastermind is an advanced long-term coaching and implementation program offered in 3-month and 6-month formats. The program includes strategic business guidance, content systems, funnel optimization, live group calls, private community access, execution support, and personalized feedback. This program involves allocation of dedicated resources, mentorship time, proprietary frameworks, and long-term support infrastructure.

Mastermind Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
By enrolling in the Mastermind program, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- The program is a long-term digital coaching and mentorship engagement
- Resources, mentorship time, and infrastructure are allocated immediately upon enrollment
- Access to proprietary systems, frameworks, and communities is granted at the time of onboarding
- The value of the program begins from the first day of access
Accordingly, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks shall be permitted for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time or commitment
- Personal, professional, or financial reasons
- Dissatisfaction with pace or results
- Failure to implement guidance
- Partial participation or non-attendance
- Business or personal emergencies
No Early Termination or Partial Refunds
Clients enrolled in the Mastermind program are not entitled to any partial refunds, prorated refunds, or early termination refunds once the program has commenced. Leaving the program voluntarily, discontinuing participation, or failing to attend sessions does not entitle the Client to any refund or credit.
Chargeback Policy for Mastermind Program
The Client agrees that initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute for the Mastermind program after enrollment constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy.
In such cases, UV MEDIA reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate all services and access
- Remove the Client from communities and platforms
- Submit full documentation including onboarding confirmations, access logs, session records, and communications to the payment processor
- Pursue recovery of losses caused by unauthorized disputes
Acknowledgment of Program Nature
The Client acknowledges that the Mastermind program is a performance-based mentorship and implementation program, and results depend substantially on the Client’s effort, execution, and market conditions.
No specific financial, business, or growth outcomes are guaranteed.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Disclosure
UV MEDIA is not in the business of selling "get rich quick" schemes or guaranteed business opportunities. Our core belief is that through education and systematic content creation using proven frameworks like the Outlier Method and YouTube Funnels Framework, individuals are better equipped to build authority and generate leads for their business. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, view counts, subscriber numbers, or lead generation outcomes.
Results shared from program participants, including case studies and testimonials, represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of future results. Individual success depends on numerous factors including but not limited to: niche selection, content quality, consistency of implementation, market conditions, and adherence to program guidelines.
